his full-size dummy head was made by Famous Ventriloquist Howie Olson in 1989. Howie had his own TV show along with his famous dummy ”Cowboy Eddie” which ran from 1961 to 1972. This head was made when Howie was building figures for ”Showbiz” productions. This is a large heavy resin full size head with a moving mouth and realistic human teeth! He has wonderful blue ’side to side’ moving eyes with a right leather ”winking eye” as well. He measures 18 inches tall from top of his head to the bottom of the control post. He is 10-1/2 inches from top of head to base of neck and 5-1/2 inches wide from ear to ear. The eyes and winker work nicely. The mouth does not work and needs a new return spring. The leather under his neck could use replacement and he is in need of a few paint touch-ups, or you can display him as is for that nice vintage look. There is a very faint but legible signature of Howie inside the head. Howie’s figures are known to be cumbersome and a little on the crude side,
