Hi Tonya, wish I had figured you might like this I would have contacted you through face book. however, I bought this figure from a small time ventriloquist in the north of England George Blake if I come across a picture of him in my archives I’ll send it to you. He had a figure called ’Tiny” This one he explained that he made it from an Insull figure. I’m just cleaning out stuff that has been in boxes for years. Best Valentine
