The winner is the first player to build a major stamp collection in one of the seven groups. A winning collection consists of 10 stamps in one group, or 8 stamps plus the rare of that group; or if a player decides to concentrate on the sought-after rare stamps, he needs only 5 to complete his winning major collection.
