The True to life game of buying and selling property, speculate, invest, develop your entrepreneurial skills, become the richest investor .The object of the game is to increase your total assets in both property value and cash in hand to become the richest investor.
The board has 24 properties of differing style and value grouped into 4 color categories (blue, green, red or yellow) each has a corresponding color coded 7 dial value counter. The dials of the counter are rotated as the game proceeds increasing the properties value as bonus cards and home improvements are played or decreasing the value as crisis cards are played.
The winner is the first to accrue a predetermined amount, or is the richest player after an agreed elapsed time.
