Momiji: Morning Dew

Morning Dew allows you to play Momiji with up to 5 players. Morning Dew cards can also be added to a 1-4 player game in place of another leaf type. The blue Morning Dew leaf cards can be collected in their own pile in a player’s personal area as usual, or they can be played as Wild cards/Jokers. When played as Wild you can add it to the top of any color of leaf card following the usual rules. You can also play any color of leaf on top of a blue leaf. You cannot have two or more leaf cards of the same color visible on top of your piled at the end of your “play leaf cards” action, and you can never play a blue leaf onto a closed pole showing the Torii symbol. If used as a Wild, immediately take the blue leaf token (-3 victory points at the end of the game).
