Following the sorcerer Sorkvir to save Leifr’s beloved Ljosa, Thurid, Leif, and their friends crossed the river on a dragon ship that looked remarkably like a real dragon. From that, they entered the ancient stronghold of evil, Hringur hol, where a - Council of thirteen wizards plotted to use the dark elemental Dokkur Lavardur to gain absolute control.
The Council intended to bring the eternal darkness and cold of the Fimbul Winter to all the lands of the elves. Thus only the dark elves, the Dokkalfar, could survive. All they needed to - accomplish their foul plans were the Rhbu sword Leif carried and the brilliant, powerful jewel known as the Dragon’s Eye, which Thurid possessed.
Somehow, Leifr and Thurid had to save Ljosa and thwart the plot of the evil wizards. But they faced the might of thirteen powerful wizards and all the Ulf-hedin killers who served them.
It seemed impossible!
