Synopsis:
It’s winter and some kids (named Billy, Sally, Tommy, and Joe) are playing outside in the snow. They build a snowman and dress him up. Now they need a hat, so the kids start looking for one.
Then an old silk hat flies to them, the perfect hat for a snowman. When Tommy puts the hat on the snowman’s head, the snowman, the name of Frosty the Snowman, suddenly comes to life.
The kids are surprised to see such a live snowman. Frosty and the kids go sledding and build snow houses and go ice skating, and Frosty’s warm heart, or maybe his magical smile, has snapped the kids out of freezing.
In the town, a wind blows off Frosty’s hat, and Frosty runs after it. The kids can’t follow him because of the traffic. But Frosty has melted due to warm weather. And whenever it’s snowing again, he’ll come back again someday.
