A Gold Coast CPIU Challenge Coin has been designed by DSC Shawn Chia and will soon be for sale for $20.00 each. The coin has a breaking wave in the background to signify the Gold Coast geographical location. The Hornet is also centrally displayed as it is a natural enemy of the spider. All writing and trimmings of the coin are coloured in Gold to signify that the office is staffed by dedicated Detectives investigating Child Abuse.
