The U.S.S. Enterprise coin’s reverse portrays a colour image of the U.S.S. Enterprise flying through space. The design includes the inscription STAR TREK THE NEXT GENERATION U.S.S. ENTERPRISE NCC-1701-D, the traditional ‘P’ mintmark, and weight and fineness.
Issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.
No more than 1,500 of the Two-Coin Set will be issued from a maximum mintage of 6,500 of each design.
The two-coin set is housed in a replica of a Star Trek transporter machine which lights up when the lid is opened. Each set is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
