For 1993, the U.S. Mint produced several ”standard” sets for collectors. These included the Uncirculated Mint Set, the Clad Proof Set, and the Silver Proof Set. The most relevant information for each set is detailed below.
1993 Uncirculated Mint Set
Mintage: 1,297,431 sets.
Original Issue Price: $8.00.
Coins Included: 10 brilliant uncirculated coins in total.
One example each of the Lincoln Cent, Jefferson Nickel, Roosevelt Dime, Washington Quarter, and Kennedy Half Dollar from the Philadelphia Mint.
One example each of the same five denominations from the Denver Mint.
Packaging: The P-mint coins came in a blue-bordered cellophane pack and the D-mint coins in a red-bordered pack. A certificate of authenticity was included in a green mailing envelope.
1993 Clad Proof Set
Mintage: Sales decreased to under 3 million sets due to a price increase.
Original Issue Price: $12.50.
Coins Included: 5 coins with the ”S” mint mark from the San Francisco Mint.

Mintage: 570,213 sets were sold, a significant decline from the previous year.

Coins Included: 5 coins with the ”S” mint mark from the San Francisco Mint.

Additional Coins: A commemorative Bill of Rights proof silver dollar and a Bill of Rights clad proof half dollar.
Packaging: Coins were presented in a deluxe case with a certificate of authenticity
