Title:
***READ THIS FIRST***
Description:
If you are reading this, you are Stella Blue and Sarah. My daughter and my best friend respectfully. This is the catalog for everything that is in the safe. If you click on any item it will tell you about it, and how to value it. It will also tell you where in the safe you will find that item. Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter what order you take the things out of the safe. Everything is labeled with everything you need to know to find it on here for greater details. This way you can look here, and find something and quickly find it within the safe contents, or you can look through the contents and find something you want to know more about and easily find more information in this catalog. The search bar will be your friend.
The safe contains valuables and documents. All of those documents can also be found in this catalog. Need a copy of the bill for my Verizon account to close it or if you want to change it into your name for example. Use the search bar and search Verizon, and you’ll see a copy of the bill, and in the description it will tell you which binder the physical copy is, and which page you’ll find it.
The two main contacts you’ll need are listed at the bottom of this note. A place to sell the contents, and one to dispose of the safe if you don’t want it, they will buy it back. Capitol Coin, is a coin shop that buys and sells silver and gold. I bought most of it from them. They are a good group of guys and will give you a fair value. Most likely more than the estimates given in this catalog. They are located about 3 miles southeast from my apartment complex. Felts Lock & Alarm is the locksmith that sold me the safe and installed it. The safe weights about 2,000 pounds, so don’t try to move it on your own. Search Felts, and it will show you which binder the receipt is in. Take the receipt to them when you are ready to move the safe. They will either, buy it back to resell as “used”, move it to where you want it if it’s within the range they will deliver to, or they may load it into a truck for you, then you’ll need to find someone to help you unload it and put it where you want it. They are located in the opposite direction to the northwest, behind the Nissan car dealership. Most locksmiths deal with safes, and have the equipment to move them around. That cost can be covered by the stuff in the “Expenses upon Death” box.
The “Expenses upon Death” box is the first thing that should be taken to Capitol Coin. Decide who will be responsible for paying remaining debts as well as expenses involved as the result of my death, and put the money you get for what’s in that box into your bank account to cover those costs. Any money left over is to go to Stella Blue.
