This coin has been generated in collaboration with the Youth Technology & Virtual Communities conference (YTVC). This annual conference is hosted by Argos and targets a global audience of law enforcement practitioners, Prosecutions, child protection workers, social workers, and child advocacy groups working directly or indirectly with child victims of crime. National and international presenters explore varied themes to provide insight into the many aspects of child exploitation including:
· The development and adoption of best practice in the engagement, identification, and prosecution of child sex offenders.
· Examine the typology and demographics of offenders in a worldwide context.
· Explore international and national patterns and trends in offending behaviour.
· Preventing sexual abuse by working with other law enforcement agencies, advocacy and support groups, government agencies and external stakeholders to educate and raise awareness of these horrendous crimes.
How is my money contributing?
Proceeds of this coin will go towards providing critical training and resources for those working tirelessly to protect children worldwide, enabling them to build and refine their skills and strategies. By supporting this initiative, we can collectively strengthen our global response to child exploitation and abuse, ultimately creating a safer and more just world for all children.
