Visible lettering on one side reads ”UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” around the rim with a faint ”1902” date near the lower center and ”ONE CENT” at the bottom. The opposite side shows a very worn/corroded profile bust consistent with the Indian Head cent obverse (Liberty wearing Native American headdress).
