Reverse: Colonial drummer (”Drummer Boy” design) with a victory torch encircled by 13 stars at left, motto ”E PLURIBUS UNUM” to the left of the drummer, and legends ”UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and ”QUARTER DOLLAR” around rim. Circulating copper-nickel clad quarter (not the 40% silver collector version).
