Synopsis:
The newly formed Justice League have their work cut out for them, moving into their three new embassies across the world: in New York City, Paris, France and Soviet Russia. And when a high-profile and high-power group like the League are involved, things are bound to go wrong. Meanwhile, the few remaining members of the Dome, the previous forerunner in the international heroics business, have to contend with being overshadowed-- and ruined --by this new Justice League International.
