Title:
Fallen Angels (1987)
Synopsis:
While Siryn and one Madrox keep on looking for Sunspot and Warlock, the two runaways and the other Madroxes learn everything about the Fallen Angels and their HQ at Beat Street. The group is apparently being led by Vanisher. While Ariel and Chance get some food, Gomi tells them how he and his two sentient lobsters got their powers as a result of his cousin’s crazy science project.
Vanisher gets Ariel to “save” their former member, Boom Boom, from X-Factor headquarters, as part of a demonstration of her powers. She successfully opens a door from their Beat Street HQ to a closet in X-Factor’s HQ. Boom Boom, who had just caused an explosion in Beast’s laboratory, happen to pass by that same closet. She willingly walks through the door upon seeing Ariel, who then slams the closet door behind her. The pursuing Iceman opens the same door and finds her gone, to which the Beast says that the important thing is that the little walking disaster area is out of their lives.
After Boom Boom arrives in the Beat St HQ, introductions are made. After one of the Madrox dupes asks Ariel if she has complete control of her powers, she opens a door without affecting it with teleportation. It just so happens that Siryn and the other Madrox was about to knock on that same door, as they are still looking for the runaway mutants. As Siryn and Madrox finally catch up with the group, tensions run high, so Ariel teleports them to a paradisiacal landscape to relax.
Elsewhere in New York, another Madrox helps an elderly lady and considers not rejoining the other Madroxes.
