Earlier that year, McFarlane himself had bought the record-breaking 70th home run baseball of Mark McGwire for the same amount. In one panel, Todd McFarlane’s picture is visible, with his name typed barely visible next to it. Burke continued to complain, ”Look at this clown. What a tool! Man, I HATE rich people.”
