Synopsis:

More mafia members are starting to die in strange gruesome ways, and it seems there are no clues to who is commiting the murders.

Meanwhile Spawn is regressing as he suit slowly begins to make decisions for him. He starts bathing in decay, and filth, trying to sponge off any possible evil source

Eventually the creature behind the mafia murders is revealed, and as it turns out its none other than Tremor (See #25).

Tremor persuades Spawn to help him destroy Twist, and find his brother, in return for some vital information.
