Guest-Starring Daredevil, Stunt Master and Karen Page. Story continued from Daredevil (1964-1998 1st Series) #138. the Spirit of Vengeance must team-up with the Man without Fear to save the beautiful Karen Page from the menacing Death-Stalker!

Ghost Rider blasts Stunt-Master, who explains that Death’s Head hypnotized him into kidnapping Karen Page. Meanwhile, Daredevil comes to Karen’s rescue and battles Death’s Head. Ghost Rider and Stunt-Master arrive to help but Death’s Head flees. Stunt-Master apologizes to Karen and says he’s heading into the mountains for some soul-searching, Johnny returns and insists on helping Daredevil catch Death’s Head. As Blaze visits Roxanne in the hospital, Death’s Head and his henchman Smasher try to recapture Karen Page. A fight with Daredevil ensues, during which Death’s Head accidentally kills Smasher. Daredevil deduces this new Death’s Head is actually Death-Stalker in disguise, so Death-Stalker reverts to his true form. He demands information about Karen’s late father’s time-displacement experiments, but Page knows nothing. Ghost Rider joins the fight and Death-Stalker vanishes in a burst of Ghost Rider’s hellfire. Karen parts on good terms with Daredevil as she leaves with Johnny.
