Johnny takes on Flagg Fargo in a competition to see who is the best stunt man in the world, but it’s not going well for our hero.

Johnny Blaze and Flagg Fargo compete in the second night of their competition, with Blaze growing increasingly upset with Fargo’s bragging. When Flagg wins the evening’s competitions, Johnny punches him and lashes out at the fans that encouraged him to accept Fargo’s challenge in the first place. Later, Blaze spots the robbers leaving a local diner, and follows them as Ghost Rider. When he loses them near Flagg’s trailer again, Ghost Rider bursts in and terrorizes Fargo by accusing him of cheating in the competition and of aiding the robbers. Later, unable to sleep, Johnny takes a ride on his cycle and stumbles across the robbers’ safe-house. Confronting the robbers as Ghost Rider, he sears their souls with hellfire and learns they have no connection to Flagg. The next day a humbled, less emotional Blaze rides flawlessly, but loses the competition to Fargo by only five points. Flagg defends Johnny when Blaze’s former fans mock him, and Johnny leaves defeated.
