Synopsis:
"THE MENACE OF THE NUCLEAR MAN!!
Ghost Rider races against the clock to prevent a nuclear meltdown!
Ghost Rider plays chicken with a train and reverts to Johnny Blaze, only to be run over by a drunk driver. The nearby Dr. Varce and his daughter Angela make sure Johnny is all right, and Johnny recognizes Dr. Vance as the famous nuclear scientist. Vance explains he used to love nuclear power until an accident killed Angela’s husband and left her newborn son deformed. When Vance was released from prison made a nuclear powered suit to demonstrate the dangers of nuclear power. Suddenly, gangsters burst in and kidnap Angela, forcing Dr. Vance to use his nuclear suit to rob banks for them. The next night, Johnny hears on the radio which bank Vance is robbing, changes into Ghost Rider and attacks the gangsters. Vance escapes and kills the lead gangster at their cabin. Ghost Rider follows Vance to the nuclear power plant. Angela tries to talk Vance out of causing a meltdown, but Vance accidentally kills Angela. Ghost Rider kills Vance and averts the meltdown.
