Synopsis:
Something horrible happened in Pike’s Reach. Five riders rode out of the red fog and unleashed hell on the little town and its people -- five riders who came from the bowels of hell and know a thing or two about the supernatural wraith that’s been shadowing Travis Parham. High noon is coming. Can anything withstand it?
FLASHBACK: Reagan and his gang arrive in hell, finding it a cold wasteland. Reagan prepares to make a deal with those waiting for them.
Travis Parham arrives in Pike’s Reach, finding each of the residents slaughtered. The only one still alive warns of five riders who emerged from red fog, before asking Parham to put him out of his misery. Parham rides on to the next town, warning the sheriff of the slaughter in Pike’s Reach. The sheriff refuses to believe Travis and tells Parham to think over his story at the local saloon. Travis meets local prostitute Jenny Sunderland and the two retire to a private room. As they decide to travel to California together, a red fog envelopes the town. Reagan and his men kill the sheriff and order everyone out into the streets. Nightshade rips off Travis’ arm and drags him into the street along with Jenny. Reagan tells Parham he and his gang have been revived to deliver Ghost Rider to hell. Ghost Rider appears at the town’s edge. Reagan threatens to kill Travis and the townspeople if Ghost Rider doesn’t surrender. Ghost Rider reminds Reagan that he’s a Spirit of Vengeance, not a Spirit of Mercy, and attacks.
