Title:
Ghost Rider (Vol 3 | 1990)
Synopsis:
"House of the Burning Souls!” Guest-starring Brother Voodoo and Lilith, Dracula’s Daughter. The dead will rise in this haunting tale featuring Brother Voodoo and the daughter of Dracula, Lilith.
After chasing down a mugger, Ghost Rider briefly contemplates leaving Dan in the void forever, then chastises himself for the idea. Turning into Dan, he returns home to find his scared mother, who tells him of Barbara’s visit and shows him a box she left as a "gift” containing a rotted human heart. At a junkyard, Voodoo and Lilith find six of the stolen bodies. "Barbara,” sensing them nearby, summons crows to attack them, but Lilith summons a horde of rats to fend them off. Meanwhile, Jennifer and Blaze return to her apartment, and he again asks her to help him find his children. Frustrated at recent events, she throws him out, telling him to come back the next day. Meanwhile, Dan brings his mother to stay with Stacy while he takes care of things. "Barbara” meets him on the street and attacks with the Scarecrow’s pitchfork. Dan is about to transform, but "Barbara” makes him wonder if she might really be his sister. Blaze rides in and pulls Dan back to the house. He holds off the horde of attacking crows while Dan checks the back door, only for Scarecrow to possess his body and knock Blaze out. In Blackheart’s Hell dominion, Blackheart and Black Rose watch events, enjoying how his plan to eliminate all good on Earth is coming to fruition.
