Synopsis:
Synopsis for ”The Powers That Be!”
The U.N. recognizes the Avengers as a world power and the Avengers Mansion becomes the Avengers Embassy. Gyrich is assigned as the Avengers’ official U.N. liaison. Cap solidifies the Avengers roster as the new roster is presented to the media. The United States government is not impressed that the Avengers no longer report to them and ensure that Gyrich will keep them well informed.
