Title:
Justice League of America
Synopsis:
Synopsis for ”Thirteen Against the Earth!”
Green Arrow, Superman of Earth-2, Phantom Lady, and Doll Man smash the second mind-control station in a Japanese volcano, and thus prevent a second computer from sinking Japan into the sea. Elongated Man, Sandman, Uncle Sam, and Black Condor destroy the third computer site hidden inside the face of Hitler, which has been added to the Mount Rush-more Memorial, but still the effects of the mind-control rays linger on. The rays affect the JLA and JSA heroes, turning them against the Freedom Fighters in a pitched battle, until the Red Tornado discovers that a fourth mind-control computer is still operating, and hidden in an orbiting satellite. Here he encounters an Adolf Hitler who is actually an android powered by the Nazis’ computer, which has taken over control of the world from the Nazis themselves. Red Tornado causes the satellite to crash into the ocean, destroying the computer, and thus ending the Nazi dominance of Earth-X. He also retrieves a mechanism which allows the League and Society heroes to reestablish communications with their respective Earths, and return home.
