Synopsis:
Due to the Super Hero Registration Act in the United States, there are several super-villains who are escaping to Canada. Talisman realizes that some of these super-villains are actually being controlled by Llan the Sorcerer and are being amassed as part of his army so he can invade Earth. The super-villains being ’recruited’ are Nekra, Scorpion, Owl and Asp. When Vindicator and Diamond Lil confront both Scorption and Nekra, Gamma Flight is called in to handle the carnage.
