Synopsis:
Synopsis for ”The Trial of Captain America (Part 1)”

As they enter Avengers Tower, Hawkeye and Mockingbird are being pestered by the media, questioning about Bucky. The two go up to discuss the subject with Steve Rogers, Tony Stark and Black Widow. The latter explain that it was Bucky who gained the shield and the uniform of his own volition. Everyone then discusses his sins, which include the death of Jack Monroe/Nomad. Hawkeye is very angry at all this. Widow then cuts in that even Bucky should deserve a second chance.

Cutting to a meeting at the White House, Rogers explains to the President and his staff regarding how the Russians used Bucky as the White Soldier, before he used a powerful artifact to restore his memories. Despite his efforts, and due to political complications, Rogers cannot gain a pardon for Bucky.

Menawhile, Bucky storms a Neo-Nazi gathering. Once he’s defeated them all, he finds propaganda papers, which include a picture of the the Master Man. He then makes himself scarce, as the police arrive. As he watches from a distance, Bucky is approached by Rogers, who explains to him how bad it is that his identity is now public. Deciding to face his past and curb the media, Bucky turns himself over to the UN to gain a formal trial for his crimes as the Winter Soldier. Watching this on TV from a mental hospital she’s imprisoned in, Sin begins to laugh like a maniac.
