The Grand Nagus has told them that the Ferengi run DS9 and Sisko, now in charge of Quark’s bar, has agreed to the subterfuge, hoping that the device will not dall into the wrong hands. When Sa’arovian officials arrive in pursuit of the Shatterer, Quark must make the deal of his life.
