Cover pencils by Rich Buckler (as Validar), inks by Ernie Chan. ”The Curing of Dr. Banner!”, script by Roger Stern, pencils by Sal Buscema (breakdowns) and Joe Rubinstein (finished art), inks by Joe Rubinstein; While Hulk is leaping through the country, his gamma energy is released from his body; Hulk turns into a green Bruce and finally into the human Bruce; Somehow, Bruce Banner was cured from his curse!; Meanwhile, the Leader defeats Doc Samson and takes command of Gamma Base; Bruce hires McKraken, the pilot he contacted once to get to the Niagara falls (TIH #160) and flies to Gamma base to tell the good news; But the Leader locks him in a sealed room where Thunderbolt Ross and Doc Samson are kept as prisoners.
