Blaze

As the rebuilt Quentin Carnival sets up for a performance in Pennsylvania, Holden Blevins tells John Blaze about icebox Bob and mysteriously disappears after Blaze sees an ice pick wielding shadow. Kodiak and Clara Menninger shop at a nearby store, where Schenker the wheelchair-bound owner, inexplicably has a ten-year-old package addressed to Clara. Schenker then shows off his prized possession of the preserved corpse of serial killer lcebox Bob. That night Clara recognizes the package’s contents as the Eyes of the Kristall-Starrer, which bore themselves into Clara’s face, granting her sight. Blaze investigates a scream, but sees only an ice pick-wielding shadow attacking a gir The local sheriff refuses to believe Blaze’s story, but thanks to the new eyes she keeps secret from her friends, Clara identifies the assailant as Icebox Bob Blaze heads to Schenker’s store and discovers the now ambulatory proprietor attacking the girl from the carnival. He destroys Schenker and learns from Holden that Icebox Bob possessed the store owner and left a challenging message written in blood, claiming Bob knows where Blaze’s kids are.
