The Legionnaires chase down Mano to the moon and are able to defeat him before he can kill Leland McCauley or destroy the moon. After their mission, they return to find that the planet of Winath has sent a representative to join the Legion to replace Live Wire: his sister, Ayla. This story is continued in Legion of Super-Heroes (volume 4) #64
