Synopsis:
Following his defeat at the hands of the new Vulture, Peter Parker returns to the apartment he shares with Harry Osborn, still ill and forced to rest. Aunt May, Mary Jane Watson, and Gwen Stacy visit while he recuperates.
Meanwhile, Kraven the Hunter is furious that the Vulture defeated Spider-Man first, and vows to hunt down the new Vulture. With Spider-Man absent, the Vulture commits a crime spree, but his activities bring him into conflict with Kraven.
Hearing of the clash, Peter pushes himself out despite his illness to stop them. When Spider-Man intervenes, both villains turn on him, but their inability to cooperate works against them. Kraven’s tranquilizer rays bring down the Vulture; Spider-Man then defeats Kraven and webs them both up. He leaves them for the police after snapping photos for the Daily Bugle. Peter later returns home and receives a clean bill of health from his doctor.
