The character is the armored Big Daddy (Bouncer variant) with a round metal diving helmet, multiple glowing red porthole-like eye lenses, heavy rust/brown cage-like helmet framework, large drill on one arm, and thick gray armored gloves/arms. The packaging indicates figure number #1145 (top right). This is the larger “Super” (6-inch class) Pop format typically used for oversized characters.
