Synopsis:
In the jungle of Nool in an unspecified fantastical era, Horton is a kind and imaginative elephant who discovers that a tiny speck of dust floating through the air is actually home to a microscopic community called Whoville. The Mayor of Whoville, who is struggling to manage his enormous family and the responsibilities of civic leadership, is the only one who can hear Horton and desperately needs his help as the speck’s fragile world begins to suffer tremors from being displaced. Horton vows to find a safe home for the speck despite the ridicule and open hostility of the other jungle animals, led by the authoritarian kangaroo who refuses to believe in anything that cannot be seen.
