The ornament depicts a feathered owl inside a hollowed tree-trunk clubhouse/home with a snow-covered roof. A blue sign above the hinged door reads ”CLUB HOLLOW” in red letters. Through the doorway opening, the owl is visible holding/reading a small newspaper or letter labeled ” COURIER 1990”. The design resembles a woodland tree-stump hideaway with carved wood texture and a round entry opening; the ornament is intended to hang from a gold cord.
