Vintage Joker Jester New Orleans Mardi Gras mask ornament. It is ceramic and signed by Mystique in 1985. Jim and Debby bought the ornament on their visit to New Orleans in 1985 for Debby’s Insurance Conference. They originally bought two ornaments but one broke in the 1990’s.
