This unique dispenser was purchased in the late 1990’s to early 2000’s at the St Louis Pez convention from a major Pez collector/dealer with connections to the Pez factory who called them “test pieces”, used to test processes/procedures on the production line and never intended for release to the public, but you know how that usually goes.
