It is a pin to commemorate 2 years of pin trading at Disneyland Resort Paris. The cake actually slides open to reveal Meeko from Pocahontas and the flames of the two candles are lights. This pin is numbered x/900 and has a metal back that can be removed to change the batteries. There is some question of exactly how many of these made it into distribution due to battery difficulties. Evidently many of them were pulled until they could figure out the problem.
