When I came across this old magazine, I knew that I needed to buy it so I could make a puzzle. I have often admired the great images used on Holtzapffel puzzles.
Ruth St. Dennis (1879–1968) was a pioneer of modern dance. She opened a dance school with her husband and taught many notable dancers of the silent film era. Her solo dance routines are still taught in performing arts classes.
Artist,John Edwin Jackson (1875–1950) was an American illustrator who create created artwork for a wide variety of publications.
