The stamp is black and blue, only imperforate. Secret signs: on the lower horizontal line of the frame, at a distance of 5 - 3.8 mm from the right corner, there is a thickening created by an oblique stroke 1.2 mm long; the right vertical line of the frame protrudes 0.4 mm higher than the upper horizontal line of the frame. These secret signs are common to both lithographic forms. Attention! Stamps without secret signs are forgery.
