Plate II, Type T12. 12a) blue dot in the white oval under the right scroll + internal line of right oval interrupted; 12b) blue dot in the white oval perpendicular to "AV” of CENTAVO; 12c) thickening of 1st line of background under "EN” + internal line of oval interrupted under "N” & "T” of ARGENTINOS; 12d) hatches of shirt do not touche the oval line.
These 4 flaws are always present together in the positions 33, 38, 73, 78, 88 of plate IIA & 22, 27, 62, 67, 82 of plate IIB.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 78Aa RII T12 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
