18d/) colored dot in the white oval at the level of left shoulder.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 15, 20, 55, 60, 95 of plate IIA & 33, 38, 73, 78, 93 of plate IIB.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 78Aa RII T17 (low & widw size, horizontally grained paper).
