11b/ two colored dots in the white oval under "N” and "S” of ARGENTINOS;
11c/ colored dot in the right part of "R” of the left TRES;
11d/ interruption of the oval line just above the right center ornament.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 21, 26, 51, 56, 81, 86, 91 of plate IIA & 21. 26, 51, 56, 3, 81, 86, 91 of plate IIB.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 81Aa RII T11 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
