05c/ interruption of the frame line and white spot inside the lined frame under "C” of CORREOS;
05d/ top frame line interrupted at right of left upper shield.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 5, 10, 44, 50, 85 of plate IIIA & 5, 10, 45, 50, 90 of plate IIIB.
