11c/ white dent in the bottom shaded frame under "1” of right bottom 10; 11d/ without dot in the "T” of ARGENTINOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 21, 26, 61, 66, 86 of plate IIA & 21, 26, 61, 66, 96 of plate IIB.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 85a RII T11 (low & wide stamp size, horizontally grained paper).
