12a/ colored dot in the white oval frame above "C” of CORREOS;
12b/ external left frame line of left upper "10” very faint;
12c/ colored dot in the white bottom frame and white dot attached internally to the left white frame of the left bottom "10”; 12d) white dot in the neck at right interrupting the neck line.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 22, 27, 62, 67, 87 of plate IIA & 22, 27, 62, 67, 97 of plate IIB.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 85a RII T12 (low & wide stamp size, horizontally grained paper).
