14b/ colored dot in the white oval frame at the height of right shoulder and above "S” of CENTAVOS + colored dot in the white oval frame under same "S”;
14c/ white dash under "I” of ARGENTINOS joining the white oval frame;
14d/ colored dot in the white oval frame above the 1st "R” of CORREOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 24, 29, 64, 69, 89 of plate IIA & 24, 29, 64, 69, 99 of plate IIB.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 85a RII T14 (low & wide stamp size, horizontally grained paper).
