19b/ white dash connecting "0” of right upper 10 with the frame + thinning at bottom of the right frame of right upper 10.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 34, 39, 74, 79, 99 of plate IIA & 34, 39, 74, 79, 89 of plate IIB.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 85a RII T19 (low & wide stamp size, horizontally grained paper).
