15d/ two colored dots in the white oval frame under 1st "N” of ARGENTINOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 25, 30, 65, 70, 85 of plates IA and IB & 25, 30, 65, 70 of plate IC & 25, 30, 50, 65, 70 of plate ID.
