13b/ white spot in the horizontal lined left frame at the height of "NT” of VEINTICINCO + white dot between the left leg and the inclined stroke of 1st "N” of VEINTICINCO;
13c/ colored dot inside 1st "R” of CORREOS;
13d/ colored dash in the white oval frame under "E” of ARGENTINOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 6, 44, 46, 47 of plate II.
